Went to go look at some bikes with no idea what i was looking for. I have never owned a harley before and everything was new to me. Jim was super helpful and answered all my inexperienced questions I had. I really can't say enough good things about my experience during this purchase. Jim was so great I felt no pressure to buy anything, just felt like a fun time talking and learning about the bikes. I really want to thank everyone there who helped me, it really made buying local worth it. If your looking for a bike or just wanting to learn more about them I highly recommend stopping by. Suddenly my bike started leaking fuel from the bottom overflow hose. Matt promptly phoned me back and helped me through the situation. I quickly realized he was right. I had filled the tank to high and parked it in the sun. THANK YOU Matt Voigt for responding so quickly.

23 years of living in Fort McMurray and buying everything from cars to furniture to buying a house, or just plain grocery shopping, the best customer experience that I have had by far was today at Voigt Harley Davidson, and I am not even a Harley owner! I bought a non Harley bike at a non Harley dealer in Edmonton and had an issue getting my bike registered. The crew at Voigt helped me get everything straightened out and inspected my bike at last minute so I could get my bike registered. When I picked up my bike the lady in the service department recommended a cleaner that they have that would work well on my matte paint and informed me that they sell a variety of aftermarket parts for various bikes and that they would be happy to service my bike if I need it. If anyone is thinking about buying a Harley or if you want great service on any bike, this is the place to get it. They really know customer service. Simply amazing!!!
